I love this lip gloss. But I have tried other products in the past that did not work; I mean, literally would not roll up (lip liner). I was questioned about it and received no follow-through. It was $15 down the drain. So I am not sure why you would question a loyal customer. I should have fought it more, but it was right around the holidays, and I had no time. So I will be honest, it was enough to keep me from another order for 8 months.
