RETURNS & Exchanges

If you were unsatisfied with your CONTEXT purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days following the delivery of your order. Contact customer care to initiate your return or exchange at CCSERVICE@CONTEXTSKIN.COM. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are made to original form of payment, minus a return processing fee of $5.00.  Please note original shipping charges are not refunded. 

Credit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If you are shipping the product to our fulfillment center, please allow 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
